I cannot log in!

Cogmed Training Client

  • If you cannot access your training and get redirected to Cogmed Coaching Center, you are trying to access an old unsupported training created from the old system. If this is an ongoing training, please contact your coach to set up a replacement training on the new platform.
  • If your user credentials are denied, there might be a hidden blankspace character in your username or password that prevents you from login in. This can happen if you select and copy your credentials from a document or email.

If you are unsure or have forgotten your Training password, ask your Coach for a new password.

Cogmed Coaching Center

  • If you cannot access Cogmed Coaching Center, common problems are:
    • Your license might have expired. In this case you need to contact your Pearson representative for license renewal.
    • Your try to login with your email address instead of your coach username (usually firstname.lastname).
    • There is a hidden blankspace character in your username or password that prevents you from login in. This can happen if you select and copy your credentials from a document or email.

If you are unsure or have forgotten your Coach password, please reset your Coach password by using the  "Forget password" functionality found at login, https://app.cogmed.com/.
