What block length should I choose for my Trainee?

What Block Length should I choose?

The Block Length indicate the estimated total time necessary to complete a training block, including short brakes. You should consider how much time is available and how many exercises the trainee can manage for each training block.

The Standard program has 3 Block Lengths that determine number of exercises for each training block, and how many training blocks the full training consists of. The same amount of training is distributed as seen below:

  • 50 mins = 25 training blocks, 8 exercises per block
  • 35 mins = 30 training blocks, 5 exercises per block
  • 25 mins = 40 trainings blocks, 3 exercises per block

The Light program is shorter and has a fixed Length.

  • 15 mins = 25 trainings blocks, 2 exercises per block
Can I change Block Length later on?
You cannot change the Block Length for an ongoing training, but you can use the first two training blocks to assess if the length is a good fit for the trainee. If not, you can reject the training and use the quota to create a training with shorter or longer Block Length.
