How do I become an Organization Admin?

An Organization Admin is a Coach that has been assigned privileges to edit information for the organisation he/she belongs to (e.g. to enable the Find Provider global map service).

  • All Organizations should have at least one Organization Admin. You can verify whether your are the Organisation Admin in Coaching Center. Go to the upper right MENU and check if the entry Organisation Settings is present.
  • If no one in your organization has Organization Admin privileges, contact your sales representative that created your account:

If additional Coaches need Organization Admin priveleges, the current Organization Admin must send in a request to us by submitting a ticket. Choose the ticket type Admin issue and provide:

  1. Your username
  2. "Request Organisation Admin" in the description.
  3. The Organisation name
  4. A list of usernames that should be Organisation Admins for the specified account.
