How do I become an Organisation Administrator?

An Organisation Administrator is a Coach that has been assigned privileges to edit information for the organisation he/she belongs to (e.g. to enable the Find Provider global map service).

You can verify whether your are an Organisation Administrator in Coaching Center. Go to the upper right MENU and check if the entry Organisation Settings is present. If not, you can request Organisation Administrator privileges by submitting a ticket. Choose the ticket type Admin issue and provide:

  1. Your username
  2. "Request Organisation Administrator" in the description.
  3. The Organisation name
  4. A list of usernames that should be Organisation Administrators for the specified account.
