An Account Administrator is a coach that has been assigned privileges to edit information for the account he/she belongs to (e.g. to enable the Find Provider global map service).
You can verify whether your are an Account Administrator in Cogmed Coaching Center. Go to the upper right MENU and check if the entry Account Settings is present. If not, you can request Account Administrator privileges by submitting a ticket. Choose the ticket type Request Account Admin and provide:
- Your username
- The account name
- A list of usernames that should be Account Administrators for the specified account.
